COVID-19 Update from VW of Rochester

 

Thank you for choosing Volkswagen of Rochester. We are happy to have Sales, Parts, and Service Departments open throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic with only minor changes to our hours. We are taking as many precautions as possible while remaining open such as wearing gloves and sanitizing surfaces frequently, and practicing social distancing. We’re also asking those who are feeling under the weather - customers and employees alike - to stay home - we’ll see you when you’re feeling better. Our temporary hours are:

Sales: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm *open later by appointment* / Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm
Service: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm
Parts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

We are trying everything we can do to adapt to the changes in our daily business. If you would like to purchase or lease but have reservations about coming in, we can work out all the details over the phone, text, or email with the help of our Express Store. Have questions about features in one or more of our cars? We can set up a virtual test drive via Facetime! Our service customers are welcome to bring their vehicles in as usual, or utilize our night drop box for a contactless drop-off.
